Saint Mary’s University offers the only undergraduate and graduate programs in Astronomy in Atlantic Canada. It has research programs in cosmology, extra-galactic astronomy, and stellar astronomy, and hosts the Burke-Gaffney Observatory and the Institute for Computational Astrophysics.
