K. S. Whetter is Professor of English at Acadia University and Past President of the North American Branch of the International Arthurian Society. His principal research interests are heroic literature, genre theory, and mediaeval Arthurian literature, especially Malory’s _Morte Darthur_. He also teaches, and has co-published on, Tolkien.
