Rhys is an award winning actor and writer who spent over 25 years working in the Theatre. He has created a number of theatre shows for children, and performed in many more – having toured elementary school gymnasiums throughout Nova Scotia many times with the Neptune Young Company. Most recently he toured Nova Scotia libraries with his one man show for kids: “Adventures in Moonland”.

He spent 4 years focusing on studying somatic coaching methodologies taught at the Strozzi Institute in Northern California, eventually taking their somatic coaching certification program, and will soon be certified by the International Coaching Federation. He has worked with companies large and small using his unique collection of skills to help them understand and redefine their culture.

He now works as a wellness practitioner and Chief Culture Officer at Unified Health – www.unifiedhealth.ca
