Hal-Con is growing all the time and one way we do that is through community partnerships! The MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning provides free art lessons for disengaged youth and for the last three years we've worked with them to bring cosplay, comics, gaming and all kinds of exciting programs to youth in the HRM.
